Role Overview

As a Host at Montana's, you will be the first and last point of contact for every guest. Your warm smile, enthusiasm, and friendly demeanor will set the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
Manage the flow of guests, including table turns and seating arrangements
Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately
Handle phone calls professionally and respond to guest questions
Maintain and manage wait lists while engaging courteously with guests
Provide a friendly farewell to guests, thanking them and encouraging their return

Qualifications and Skills

Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Capability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work varied schedules
