About the Role

Bhash Software Labs is seeking a motivated and target-oriented HR Recruiter to become a vital part of their expanding HR department. The position emphasizes comprehensive recruitment responsibilities, particularly focusing on filling roles in Sales and Technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to facilitating their joining.
• Identify and attract potential candidates via various online platforms including professional networking sites and job portals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess suitability of candidates for open positions.
• Manage bulk recruitment drives ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring targets.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with relevant hiring managers.
• Maintain organized databases and trackers to monitor recruitment progress.
• Regularly communicate with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the hiring cycle.
• Provide a positive and seamless recruitment experience for applicants.
• Assist in onboarding procedures and joining formalities for new hires.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess between one to three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
• Demonstrable expertise in recruiting for Sales and IT/Tech positions.
• Preferably experienced in recruitment within SaaS, IT, CPaaS, or startup environments.
• Competent in sourcing, evaluating, and screening applicants effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with candidates and internal teams.
• Capability to handle recruitment targets and work efficiently under tight timelines.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR Management Systems.
• Preference given to candidates able to join immediately or with minimal notice periods.

• Work Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru
• Work Arrangement: On-site, full-time position
• Working Schedule: Six days per week
• Monthly Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000
