Key Responsibilities

• Assess AI-generated cybersecurity material, including threat analyses, vulnerability reports, and offensive security tactics, to ensure real-world relevance and accuracy.
• Create and resolve cybersecurity technical challenges designed to improve AI training.
• Craft clear technical documentation and security-focused programming code.
• Offer constructive feedback that directly influences the evolution of AI security models.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years of practical experience in cybersecurity roles such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, digital forensics and incident response (DFIR), malware analysis, threat intelligence, or comparable disciplines, including governmental or military cyber operations.
• Familiarity with programming and codebase management to navigate and patch software effectively.
• Excellent command of English at native or bilingual proficiency with strong written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH) are advantageous.

Additional Information and Terms

• Compensation starts at $50 to $100+ per hour, with potential bonuses on specific projects.
• Work independently from home using your own computer and choose projects and schedules that suit you.
• Candidate onboarding involves completing a short assessment instead of a traditional interview.
• Payments are processed through PayPal; no fees are ever requested from applicants.
• This is an independent contractor position limited to applicants based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.
