Role Overview
The Interface & Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of interface documents including IDD, ICD, and ITD. This role ensures effective configuration management and change control procedures are executed in compliance with the Architecture Review Board (ARB) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and take ownership of the end-to-end interface lifecycle, from authoring through control to final approval of interface documents (IDD/ICD/ITD).
- Implement and maintain configuration management and change control processes in alignment with ARB policies.
- Keep an accurate and up-to-date interface register and monitor the integration status across various systems.
- Facilitate coordination and resolution of interface-related issues between multiple project pillars and external vendors.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in interface and integration management within complex program environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of the ICD lifecycle and rigorous configuration management practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing coordination among numerous third-party system vendors.
- Strong attention to detail with disciplined documentation and traceability approaches.
Additional Preferences
- Prior experience managing interfaces in airport projects or other critical infrastructure sectors is preferred.
