Role Overview and Responsibilities
The IT PMO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project governance and frameworks to support effective project management operations. Key activities include developing and enhancing PMO policies, monitoring project metrics to improve IT delivery efficiency, and implementing PMO automation tools for efficient data collection and analysis.
The role also involves managing resources and demand: tracking bandwidth across teams, defining metrics to assess resource allocation, assisting in demand management and resource planning, and creating dashboards to predict and address resourcing gaps.
As an Agile PMO, the candidate will act as the primary trainer and advocate for Agile (Scrum) methodologies, driving project execution through this approach, establishing easy-to-adopt frameworks, and demonstrating the benefits derived from Agile implementations.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Sc., B.Tech, B.E., or B.C.A. degree in any specialization.
