Job Details

• Position available: Part-time or Full-time
• Work shifts during evenings
• Compensation: $15 per hour
• Weekly pay schedule

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all floor types through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Adhere to proper procedures when using chemical cleaners and power equipment to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting rooms, hallways, and entrance areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, including using compactors when applicable
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using suitable cleaners and tools
• Perform spot cleaning on carpets and assist with carpet extraction and shampooing tasks
• Replenish supplies such as paper products and sanitary items
• Follow an established housekeeping schedule
• Occasionally operate heavy cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Complete additional duties assigned according to client requirements or scope of work

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months of janitorial experience
• Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services
• Knowledge of custodial best practices and commercial cleaning standards
• Familiarity with floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
