About the Role
Join Synechron as a Java Developer to create, test, and maintain scalable Java applications leveraging Spring Boot frameworks. Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful software solutions while ensuring coding standards and superior software quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Java applications following best practices.
- Engage in cross-team collaboration to clarify requirements and deliver outputs.
- Perform code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
- Diagnose and resolve issues in application performance, scalability, and security domains.
- Continuously update knowledge on technological advances including Generative AI.
Candidate Profile
- Possess between 3 to 6 years of backend development experience with Java.
- Preferably have exposure to Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.
- Hold a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree in any specialization.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in SQL for database design, querying, and performance tuning.
- Experience handling large-scale projects with complex algorithms, data structures, and design pattern implementations.
