Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our Worli office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will assist in developing architectural and lighting design concepts, preparing technical drawings, 3D models, and project documentation related to commercial, hospitality, retail, and public sector projects. The role involves coordinating with senior designers, integrating lighting into architectural plans, selecting materials and fixtures, and ensuring all designs meet project goals and regulatory standards. Collaboration with project managers, consultants, participation in client presentations, and upkeep of CAD/BIM documentation will be essential. Creativity, organization, and support for the full project lifecycle are key expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Background in Architecture and Architectural Design with an understanding of spatial planning and lighting integration.
• Competence in Software Development and Integration relevant to architecture and lighting workflows.
• Project management skills, including coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, plus familiarity with lighting design software is advantageous.
• Preferably holding a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent professional qualification with an interest in architectural lighting design.
• Strong abilities in visual communication, detailing, and presentation to clearly convey design concepts.
• Capability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from Worli, managing time efficiently and collaborating across culturally diverse teams.
• An eagerness to learn about emerging lighting technologies and sustainable design, guided by senior experts.
