Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated Junior Bartender to join the COYA team in Abu Dhabi. The right candidate should be passionate about hospitality, focused on guest experience, and enthusiastic about pursuing a bartending career in a luxury setting.
Key Responsibilities & Candidate Profile
- Must have at least one year of experience working in a guest-facing role at a high-end or luxury hospitality establishment.
- Possess fundamental knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
- Strong skills in guest engagement and sales techniques, including upselling drinks appropriately.
- Demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service.
- Fluent in English, with additional fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish highly desirable.
- Exhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ambitious and eager to advance within an international luxury hospitality brand.
