Role Overview
This junior-level position is tailored for early-career designers or recent graduates eager to gain experience within an internal brand and marketing unit.
Primary Duties
- Assist in delivering day-to-day graphic design projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
- Create and modify high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing materials including presentations, social media, and event collateral.
- Interpret internal briefs to generate creative ideas and concepts aligned with business goals and brand standards.
- Handle multiple design projects, effectively managing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Maintain and develop brand templates, logos, icons, and other visual components for the Gamma brand suite.
- Collaborate with various teams such as Marketing, Communications, IT, and others to deliver impactful campaigns and communications.
- Produce presentation visuals and video content to support executive leadership requirements.
- Organize and maintain brand assets ensuring consistency and easy access in the brand portal.
- Bring fresh creative concepts and explore new ways to enhance brand representation across platforms.
Candidate Profile
- Ideal candidates are recent graduates or have 1-2 years of commercial design experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
- Experience in designing engaging digital and print media assets is essential.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Detail-oriented with a capacity to produce polished, accurate work consistently.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to interpret briefs and brand guides creatively and propose effective design solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working across teams and with senior leadership.
- Enthusiastic, cooperative, and motivated to develop skills, contribute ideas, and improve creative output continuously.
- Animation skills will be an advantage, particularly experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Employment Terms
This position is hybrid with three days onsite weekly, based either in London or Newbury office. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and clear a basic DBS background check.
