Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager or Lead, your main responsibility will be to establish and nurture strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), affiliates, and trading partners within your assigned region. Your efforts will focus on attracting high-quality traffic, carrying out marketing campaigns, and expanding the user base of Toobit locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit top-performing affiliates and trading agents to expand the network.
- Design and implement customized incentive plans to enhance partner performance.
- Act as the company representative to maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing channels.
- Oversee the execution of KOL marketing strategies, monitor cooperation outcomes, analyze channel performance, and adjust tactics to ensure optimal returns on investment.
- Organize and coordinate local promotional events and campaigns.
- Stay updated on global industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments to formulate proactive actions.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years experience in business development or affiliate marketing specifically within the cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition models and trading behavior patterns.
- Hands-on experience working with agents and KOLs, particularly familiar with referral rebate systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exhibits patience, responsibility, and composure.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with a strong focus on execution.
