Job Description and Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned laboratory tests strictly following the procedures or methods specified in the worksheets or as directed by supervisors.
• Accurately document test results using the designated formats.
• Maintain cleanliness and excellent housekeeping standards within and around the testing area.
• Update and manage equipment logbooks along with calibration records regularly.
• Communicate timely updates on job progress to relevant coordinators.
• Report any inconsistencies observed in test materials, methodologies, or equipment to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure timely generation of test reports and verify data accuracy during worksheet entry.
• Carefully review all data sheets to guarantee precise laboratory outcomes.
• Monitor laboratory consumable usage effectively to optimize resource utilization.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols by wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in plastic testing laboratories or the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Degree or diploma in plastics, or a Bachelor of Science in Physics or Chemistry.
