Lead - Asset Management

Role Overview

Responsible for overseeing financial and operational performance of hospitality assets, this leadership role focuses on maximizing value through strategic oversight and collaboration with various stakeholders. The position entails ensuring compliance with brand standards and enhancing guest satisfaction while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of hospitality properties, analyzing key indicators such as occupancy rates, RevPAR, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction metrics to optimize operations.
• Assist the Head of Asset Management in formulating strategies that align with the organization's vision, identifying avenues for revenue increase, cost reduction, and asset improvement.
• Handle procurement activities involving specialized equipment and services, negotiating contracts with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery in line with operational demands and brand standards.
• Work closely with design teams during renovations, refurbishments, and new developments to guarantee operational feasibility and adherence to brand expectations; aid operators in applying operational advancements and compliance initiatives.
• Compile comprehensive financial and operational reports for senior management; facilitate coordination among internal teams, operators, and suppliers to maintain smooth asset functioning and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, finance, or a related discipline is required; possession of an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Extensive experience, generally ranging from 10 to 13 years, particularly in managing multiple properties or large-scale assets within the hospitality industry.
• Background in real estate focusing on hospitality or employment with international hotel brands is highly valued.
• Experience in the hospitality or related sectors is essential.
