Lead Generation Executive

Position Overview

Join our team as a Lead Generation Executive working remotely from your home, avoiding daily travel and traffic congestion hassles. This role requires a personal work setup with a PC or laptop (minimum i3 or i5 processor, 4GB RAM), a stable internet connection (at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload), reliable power supply, and a functional webcam. Mobile devices or tablets are not supported for this position.

The Lead Generation Executive will collaborate closely with the business team, taking ownership of new lead generation efforts with enthusiasm and professionalism aligned with the company's core values. Responsibilities include converting outbound leads into qualified appointments and supporting the client experience. Growth opportunities exist to advance to senior or assistant managerial roles based on individual contributions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via outbound calls and emails to generate and follow up on leads.
• Work alongside business teams to generate leads across various sectors.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive database of current and prospective clients.
• Meet personal and team sales targets informed by calling data.
• Identify new business opportunities proactively.
• Maintain professional communications reflecting the brand’s standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and route qualified leads to sales teams for appointments.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Research and qualify new leads continuously.
• Stay updated on products and services.
• Upsell relevant offerings when appropriate.
• Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a high-growth environment.
• Highly organized with strong planning skills and a desire to develop professionally.
• Positive attitude towards handling objections effectively.
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, error-free writing, multitasking, empathy, and patience.
