Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role

Quantus Freight Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in US-style B2B lead generation to join our team at our Mohali, Punjab office. This full-time, permanent role involves working in-person during the night shift, playing a critical role in driving sales growth for the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls, making over 110 calls daily targeting the US market, with an aim to secure more than 5 qualified leads per week.
• Manage email outreach campaigns by sending 80 emails a day while maintaining a response rate of at least 5%.
• Develop LinkedIn prospecting by connecting with at least 20 new contacts weekly and scheduling more than 3 product demonstrations.
• Maintain complete accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data and provide daily activity reports.
• Ensure the timely transfer of qualified leads to the sales team, adhering to a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 4 hours.

Candidate Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree; studies in Sales or Marketing are preferable.
• Fluent native-level English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and Google Suite, along with strong online research capabilities.
• Resilience paired with excellent abilities in time management.

Position Details and Benefits

• Monthly salary range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000.
