Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Lead Intake Manager to handle inbound calls related to US and Canada real estate inquiries. This remote role, based in India, operates during night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leads from Meta, SEO, and Google Business within three minutes.
- Conduct empathetic qualification calls focusing on four key areas: seller motivation, timeline, property condition, and price.
- Precisely log qualified high-intent leads into the CRM and set appointments for the sales team.
- Manage long-term engagement through strategic follow-up via SMS and email communications.
Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working night shifts (EST/EDT).
- Capable of quickly establishing trust and rapport with distressed homeowners.
- Disciplined in following CRM protocols—documentation is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication with a clear or North American-friendly accent.
- Strong critical thinking skills to steer live conversations naturally without reliance on scripts.
- Preferably holds experience in international voice processes or real estate cold calling, especially with US, UK, or Canadian markets.
