  • Run one-to-one and group support sessions across different time zones.
  • Help learners build study plans and stay on track with their progress.
  • Spot engagement or learning issues early and provide practical support to resolve them.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly through email, chat, and video meetings.
  • Work alongside facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to support learner goals.
  • Track learner progress and engagement using reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Review learner feedback and suggest ways to improve processes.
  • Support alumni and help build a connected learner community after course completion.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree or comparable hands-on experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in education or training settings.
  • Proven ability to connect with different learner groups and communicate well.
  • Strong planning, administration, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience running online sessions or coaching learners is an advantage.
  • Comfort working with digital learning platforms and virtual education environments.
  • An empathetic, proactive approach and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Strong accountability and ownership of learner outcomes.

Benefits

  • Work remotely with a flexible setup.
  • Join a collaborative, people-focused culture.
  • Contribute to meaningful learner outcomes in a growing digital education space.
  • Build your career within a purpose-led employer group.

Recruitment process

The hiring process is designed to be fair, transparent, and multi-step so both sides can assess fit.

  • Submit an application and answer a few short questions.
  • Applications are screened for fit, and suitable candidates move to a longlist.
  • Complete a video interview by recording short answers to 3-4 job-related questions.
  • Attend one or more live interview rounds if shortlisted.
  • Undergo reference and background verification before final selection.
  • Receive an offer and contract if successful.
  • Complete pre-boarding before formally joining the employing organisation within the employer group.

This is a fully remote role.

The organisation also places importance on clear communication, respectful interactions, and timely feedback at every stage of recruitment.
