Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Loan Progressor to oversee mortgage applications throughout the entire process, from initial submission to final approval and fund disbursement. The role involves coordination between banks, clients, and internal teams to guarantee efficient and timely progression of loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the processing and monitoring of mortgage and loan applications until completion.
• Communicate with banks, financial institutions, and clients to collect updates and necessary documentation.
• Verify that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and submitted within deadlines.
• Address pending applications by troubleshooting and resolving any obstacles or delays.
• Keep clients regularly updated during the loan approval phase.
• Maintain precise records and ensure the CRM/database is consistently updated.
• Collaborate with sales and mortgage teams to provide customers with a seamless experience.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and banking regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in roles such as Loan Progressor, Mortgage Administrator, or equivalent positions.
• Preferably a solid understanding of UAE mortgage and banking procedures.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple applications effectively at once.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving aptitude.
