Position Overview
Join our team as a Maintenance Team Associate, where you will engage in a structured cleaning regimen aimed at maintaining a safe and sanitary shopping and working atmosphere. Your role is crucial for ensuring a clean environment while managing expenses effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to implement a thorough cleaning schedule.
- Adhere strictly to Food Safety standards and guidelines for cold chain management.
- Perform timely cleaning of Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display fixtures.
- Assist in inspecting all maintenance and cleaning equipment to verify functionality and ensure adequate supplies are on hand.
- Promote workplace safety by completing required in-store certification programs and following company policies and procedures.
- When necessary, clean floors via mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance across all non-sales floor areas.
Compensation
The position offers a starting hourly wage of $18.05.
