About the Role

Join LSH Auto as a Maintenance Technician at our flagship dealership in Stockport, where you will play a critical role in upholding the superior quality and performance of luxury vehicles.

Compensation and Schedule

This position offers a salary beginning at 31,500 with on-target earnings potentially reaching 46,000, working 40 hours weekly. A welcome bonus of 2,000 is also available.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Mercedes Benz vehicles strictly following manufacturer standards
Diagnose vehicle issues precisely and apply effective repair solutions
Manage replacement of parts, oils, and fluids, maintaining detailed documentation
Ensure the workshop is maintained as a clean and safe environment
Effectively communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's service and repair requirements

Essential Qualifications and Skills

NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or an equivalent qualification recognized in the industry
Minimum two years of practical experience in automotive maintenance or repair
Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship
Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
Possession of a valid UK driving licence is mandatory
Enthusiastic about continuous professional development, especially relating to electric vehicle technologies
