Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales initiatives targeting polymer additives, masterbatches, PVCs, and related product lines to meet established objectives.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects by building strong partnerships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams to monitor market developments and devise strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.
- Interpret sales metrics to optimize product portfolios and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing within the Plastics sector.
- In-depth knowledge of polymer chemistry, compounding processes, and materials such as polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE), including their industrial applications.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets supported by strong business development capabilities.
