Overview
A high-growth entertainment company is looking for a Strategic Operations Consultant to support major enterprise programs. This six-month engagement is a strong fit for someone with a management consulting background who can bridge strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The role sits at the center of evolving business priorities and is aimed at someone who can step in quickly and create visible impact.
What you'll do
- Work closely with senior leaders to advance strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Contribute to headcount planning and wider workforce strategy work.
- Prepare and present executive-facing materials that support transformation efforts.
- Break down complex topics into clear, structured frameworks and practical recommendations.
- Help maintain stakeholder alignment and keep key priorities moving forward consistently.
Experience and qualifications
- An MBA and/or prior management consulting experience is preferred.
- Strong presentation and narrative-building ability, with a talent for explaining complex ideas in a clear way.
- Background supporting large, enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and stay effective in a fast-moving environment.
