Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to become a vital part of our Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. The goal of this role is to support our marketing initiatives focused on increasing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) via targeted campaigns aimed at current and prospective UK clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a marketing degree or an equivalent qualification and demonstrate a genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital marketing. The role demands close collaboration with different departments including regional operations, business development, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Account Based Email marketing and produce editorial content.
• Utilize experience with Dynamics CRM and associated marketing tools.
• Drive generation of Marketing and Sales Qualified Leads through strategic email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct Lead Generation activities utilizing public databases, Glenigan, internal datasets, events, CPDs, LinkedIn profiles, and AI-enabled research.
• Collect customer feedback and insights through emails, texts, WhatsApp messages, and web surveys for NPS metrics and Google Reviews.
• Assist in managing organic search and SEO efforts to improve website rankings, visits, and user engagement.
