Job Overview
We are partnering with a top global financial firm seeking a Marketing Strategy Program Manager based in New York, NY, offering a hybrid work model. This contract role spans 6 months with potential for extension or conversion. The ideal candidate will expertly manage multifaceted marketing programs within a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing programs across the U.S. Consumer Marketing division ensuring timely delivery.
- Facilitate creative review sessions with senior stakeholders to align on campaign goals and outputs.
- Manage project schedules including timelines, meetings, and logistics related to creative reviews.
- Lead the execution from initial planning through implementation stages such as targeting, testing, and resolving issues.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups to guarantee smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Create and update marketing roadmaps reflecting strategic priorities and progress.
- Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and insights to support leadership reviews.
- Provide hands-on coordination to expedite key projects and achieve successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program or project management, ideally focused on marketing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of marketing processes, campaign execution, and project coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and maintain attention to detail.
- Capability to analyze complex information, determine next steps, and drive proactive resolution.
- Self-motivated with strong ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and collaboration across various teams and hierarchical levels.
- Track record of delivering projects that improve customer and digital experiences.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Prior involvement in executive-level marketing governance and reviews.
- Background in financial services or large enterprise environments is advantageous.
