Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational tasks to maintain a streamlined workflow.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners, vendors, and delivery staff to coordinate activities.
• Monitor and swiftly address issues within order processing to prevent disruptions.
• Keep systematic records and documentation of operational activities and generate reports.
• Track important KPIs and compile comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Professionally manage escalations from customers and partners.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain service quality standards.
• Support the onboarding process and training programs for new restaurant associates and operations personnel.
• Work closely with teams across sales, customer support, finance, and logistics to ensure cohesive functioning.
• Identify and implement enhancements to operational processes to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, vendor performance, and quality of services where applicable.
• Assist in rolling out new operational procedures and business initiatives for continuous growth.
