Overview
Shri Sai Enterprises is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate activities across multiple sites. This role functions as a key liaison between the business owner and on-site operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely project completion without direct labor management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors to monitor progress and evaluate their reports.
- Perform frequent site visits to audit work quality, ensure safety compliance, and assess project status.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to guarantee all sites meet deadlines and stay within financial plans.
- Resolve challenges such as resource deficiencies, conflicts, and delays reported by supervisors.
- Prepare weekly comprehensive progress and expense reports for the business owner highlighting any obstacles.
Candidate Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operations management, regional supervision, or project site management.
- A graduate or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related sectors such as Civil Engineering, Construction, Retail, or Logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, along with conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license to facilitate frequent on-site visits.
Job Details & Benefits
- Position Type: Full-time, on-site (field job).
- Work Schedule: Six days per week with day shifts, approximately 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Monthly Salary: Between INR 25,000 and 27,000.
- Additional Benefits: Fuel or travel allowance provided.
