Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Operations Manager at Vacation Homes by Provident plays a crucial role in the Operations Department, overseeing the quality assurance programs within the contact center and establishing standards to govern all customer interactions. This position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the service excellence of one of the UAE’s most progressive and successful real estate agencies.

Primary Duties

• Establish and uphold quality benchmarks for every customer interaction.
• Design and implement comprehensive quality assurance and compliance processes.
• Lead coaching efforts and continuous improvement initiatives for ongoing development.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge bases adhering to established quality criteria.
• Create and manage onboarding and training materials for both new hires and current Customer Experience Consultants.
• Coordinate quality audits, identify training opportunities, and analyze findings to reinforce operations.
• Generate analytical reports correlating quality performance with key KPIs to formulate actionable strategies.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to both organizational goals and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt swiftly and effectively to evolving business conditions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize results for the company and its customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar operations management role within the UAE.
• Proven problem-solving aptitude with an ability to conduct detailed analyses supported by data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional project management and execution capabilities to meet project milestones.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and team management within customer operations or technical support.
• Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with quality and service management frameworks such as COPC, Six Sigma, or comparable standards.
• Track record of successfully implementing change initiatives in service-oriented settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
