Order Taker

About the Role

Join Hilton as an Order Taker in Riyadh, and be a key part of providing outstanding hospitality by ensuring the cleanliness and availability of linens, towels, and hotel textiles. This role involves managing work orders and coordinating with various teams to maintain high-quality guest experiences and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests from team members and guests by assigning tasks to the correct personnel and ensuring standards are upheld.
• Operate and update the computerized Work Order System to log, implement, distribute, and close service requests efficiently.
• Work closely with Floor Supervisors to ensure vacant and ready rooms are available for the Front Office.
• Handle emergency calls promptly, monitor alarm systems, and coordinate appropriate emergency responses with relevant departments and alarm companies.
• Control office traffic and maintain a professional, courteous image to promote guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Hilton’s brand standards of quality and hospitality.
• Stay composed and perform critical duties effectively during emergencies.
• Manage guest supplies, prepare requisitions, and oversee lost and found items.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations.
• Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and maintain stamina.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
• Basic understanding of laundry equipment and chemicals.
