Pick & Pack Associate

About the role

White Fox is a well-known fashion label with a global following. Because the business is expanding quickly, it is hiring people to join the warehouse team in Rosebery.

This is a permanent full-time position with a five-day workweek. It is an entry-level opportunity that can lead into warehouse management, with strong progression potential for the right person.

Please note that this is an active, non-desk role, so you should expect to spend most of your shift on your feet and moving around.

Key duties

• Use internal systems to dispatch orders and complete shipping tasks.
• Pick customer items using a trolley-based picking process.
• Carry out stock counts and receive incoming inventory when required.
• Process customer returns.
• Check product quality during dispatch and return handling.
• Move and organise stock when needed, including some heavier lifting.
• Work efficiently in a busy, high-volume warehouse setting.
• Use a phone device to navigate a large warehouse layout.
• Follow safe manual-handling procedures at all times.

Requirements

• You must be eligible to work permanently in Australia without visa restrictions.
• Experience with picking, packing, and order processing is needed with a high level of accuracy.
• You should be comfortable with repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong organisation, the ability to juggle tasks, take initiative, and think fast are important.
• You need to cope well in a fast-moving environment and work to deadlines.
• Clear communication skills are required.
• You must be self-motivated and able to maintain your pace.
• Good computer skills are essential.
• A positive, can-do approach is expected.
• Interest in online fashion and the fashion industry is preferred.
