Job Overview
Arvind Industries is seeking a skilled Power Press Operator to become part of their manufacturing team in Pune. The role involves the operation and maintenance of power press machines to support production activities while upholding quality and safety standards.
Primary Duties
- Operate power press machines in a safe and effective manner.
- Configure and adjust machine settings to meet production demands.
- Examine raw inputs and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
- Meet daily production goals without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance tasks on machines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Notify supervisors promptly about any equipment malfunctions or issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Educational qualification of 10th grade pass or lower.
- Minimum one year of experience operating power press machinery.
- Proficient in machine operation and controls specific to power press equipment.
- Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment.
- English language skills are not mandatory.
Additional Information
- Employment type is full-time, working daytime shifts from the company office located at Nandan Apartment, Fule Market, Nanded Phata, Pandurang Industrial Area, Nanded, Pune, Maharashtra 411068.
- Monthly fixed salary ranges between ₹17,000 and ₹20,000.
