Job Overview

We are seeking a PowerPoint Specialist to engage remotely on contract. The role involves designing and simulating complex, realistic business scenarios using professional-level PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. The focus is primarily on .pptx format manipulation in collaboration with an advanced language model (LLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, real-world business tasks reflecting Fortune 500 environment complexity.
• Work interactively with an advanced LLM to create, review, and edit Office Open XML files, emphasizing PowerPoint documents.
• Evaluate and select the highest quality deliverable between two LLM responses for each task.
• Create prompts embodying considerable business knowledge that typically require extensive effort without AI support.
• Participate in structured four-turn exchanges with the LLM, providing critical and actionable feedback after each iteration.
• Document insights and provide recommendations to enhance the LLM's capacity to manage actual business documents.
• Apply expertise across cross-functional business cases such as reporting, presentations, analysis, and proposals spanning multiple industries and departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of recent experience managing complex projects within Fortune 500 firms or leading consultancies.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint backed by extensive experience with Excel and Word for professional document creation and analysis.
• Proven track record in developing business scenarios and presentations across sectors like finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail and functions including strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Ability to clearly articulate detailed feedback both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with iterative use of large language models or AI-enhanced tools preferred.
• Relevant past roles may include private equity associates, investment banking analysts, consultants, FP&A analysts, HR professionals, or marketing strategists.
