Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned procurement and vendor management specialists to craft and validate tasks that replicate authentic vendor evaluation and contract renewal procedures used by procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess new vendor intake simulations by benchmarking pricing and contract terms against realistic company data.
- Integrate reviews from finance, legal, security, and IT perspectives to deliver a comprehensive, well-justified final approval recommendation.
- Create detailed step-by-step rubrics and exemplary responses reflecting an expert procurement lead’s judgment on vendor requests or renewals.
- Examine simulated organizational settings to ensure authenticity and eliminate inconsistencies before task deployment.
Qualifications
- Minimum eight years of professional experience in procurement, spend operations, or vendor management, including direct involvement in vendor request and renewal processes.
- Background in established procurement functions with structured vendor review systems.
- Excellent written communication abilities, adept at generating organized, rubric-based feedback.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with contemporary spend-management or electronic procurement platforms.
- Experience in task design, rubric creation, or training datasets for AI systems.
Compensation and Terms
This role offers an hourly pay range of $70 to $100. Employment is contract-based and requires onsite presence.
