Procurement Specialist

Role overview

Vertiv develops, manufactures, and supports products and solutions that help keep the world connected, serving customers across a global footprint of nearly 70 countries. The company is seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong exposure to large construction and infrastructure programs. This role is focused on project procurement, with particular emphasis on contract negotiation for steel structures and/or steel raw materials. The position supports InfaSols EMEA growth by keeping sourcing activities efficient, timely, and aligned with budget and delivery targets.

This is an on-site role and may be based in Letterkenny or Burnfoot, County Donegal.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage procurement across the full project lifecycle, work closely with project and engineering stakeholders, and help ensure supplier selection, contracting, and purchasing decisions support project requirements and commercial goals.

Requirements

Applicants should bring at least three years of procurement experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure environments, along with strong contract negotiation ability and a solid understanding of costing, project cost control, international standards, and global supplier networks. Experience with steel construction or steel raw materials procurement is especially relevant.
