Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager to oversee the mattress manufacturing process at our factory in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assembly line efficiently, ensuring production targets are achieved daily, and minimizing material wastage.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and run the mattress assembly line operations.
- Achieve and maintain daily production goals.
- Implement strategies to decrease material waste during production.
- Manage and coordinate shift workers effectively.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience in a factory environment.
- Relevant experience in textiles, foam, or furniture manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ERP software usage in production settings.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges between 20,000 and 30,000 INR.
