Job Overview
Lead and oversee the program consisting of multiple projects while providing comprehensive support across all project management functions such as resource allocation, formal controls, quality assurance, and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage the progress of programs and projects to ensure adherence to company standards, capitalize on synergies, and deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the planned objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Extract valuable insights and lessons from both completed and ongoing projects, converting them into actionable recommendations to improve future business cases and maintain project integrity.
- Proactively identify and address risks and obstacles that could hinder project success, implementing corrective measures and escalating issues when necessary.
- Contribute to establishing and refining project management standards, practices, and processes to enhance operational efficiency as the organization evolves, ensuring all projects comply with established guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior leadership to report on project status, milestones, and deliverables, securing active engagement from all involved parties.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Over six years of hands-on experience in project management roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to assess and solve problems effectively.
