Role Summary

The Program Operations Associate is a vital cross-functional position that supports the Program team by managing administrative and operational tasks. This includes facilitating coordination between AmeriCorps and Department of Labor contracts, Network Engagement, grants administration, and organizing organizational events and convenings. The goal of this position is to streamline processes, improve alignment, and enhance the execution of multiple program areas by providing project coordination, logistical support, and managing systems effectively.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and coordination tasks across program departments, including DOL Program Impact, AmeriCorps, and Network Engagement teams.
  • Monitor project deliverables, deadlines, milestones, and ensure timely follow-up by program leaders.
  • Coordinate workflows, meetings, and communications to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Maintain program documentation, trackers, shared files, and tools to support operational efficiency.
  • Assist with grant and contract administrative tasks and other program priorities as assigned.

  • Support staff onboarding, internal communications, and improvements to cross-team processes.
  • Streamline recurring workflows including quarterly meetings, dashboards, and trends reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience
