About the Role
This position focuses on the technical side of media monetization within programmatic advertising. You will work on header bidding integrations, SSP connectivity, data-driven troubleshooting, and the rollout of new industry solutions for web traffic monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own media-side integrations, including building and tuning Header Bidding setups with Prebid.js and Prebid Server.
- Coordinate with major SSPs such as Google AdX, Magnite, and Index Exchange, and improve integration performance.
- Help build advertising analytics and monitoring workflows, then use logs and reporting to diagnose issues and guide optimizations such as bid timeouts, weak bids, and demand-side irregularities.
- Keep track of developments in the programmatic advertising space and support adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, especially web traffic monetization, including RTB flow and core metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and identify problems using logs and reports.
- Working knowledge of at least one integration technology among Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Prebid Server, and Amazon TAM.
- Knowledge of bidding strategies and experience improving traffic monetization is an advantage.
- Background in front-end performance optimization is preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
