Key Responsibilities
- Keep shop drawings current and monitor the progress of Requests for Information (RFIs) and project changes.
- Review subcontractors' RFIs for accuracy before forwarding to consultants and collaborate to resolve complex issues through coordination meetings.
- Maintain regular communication with owners, architects, contractors, and engineers involved in the project.
- Potentially manage one or more subcontractors or dedicated sections of a project.
- Interpret and update construction schedules effectively.
- Support project administration and field operations alongside the Project Manager and Superintendent.
- Conduct quality control inspections and periodically update construction progress records.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in construction or have recently completed education in construction project management.
- Familiarity with scheduling and project management software is required.
- Demonstrate teamwork skills aimed at successful project completion.
- Experience related to hospital or Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) projects is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits
