Role Overview
Join Stand Up for AID as a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or Junior Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive management of business and technology projects. This pivotal role involves collaboration with Senior Project Managers, Product Teams, Operations, and external parties to ensure timely, within-scope, and quality delivery of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles by assisting in charter creation, schedule setup, resource monitoring, and maintaining risk logs.
- Coordinate project milestones, generate status dashboards, monitor budget consumption, and facilitate inter-departmental collaboration.
- Support Agile (Scrum ceremonies) and Waterfall methodologies at different project stages.
- Analyze schedule deviations and identify potential delivery risks early.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and repositories.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications like CAPM or entry-level Agile/Scrum credentials (e.g., PSM I, CSM) are advantageous.
- Firm grasp of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
- Experience in creating project plans, work breakdown structures, assigning tasks, mapping dependencies, and monitoring milestones.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, MS Project, ClickUp, or Smartsheet.
- Adept at collecting and analyzing project performance data (velocity, milestone variances, budget tracking) to prepare executive reports and dashboards.
- Ability to uphold risk and issue registers, document meeting outcomes, ensure task follow-ups, and escalate issues timely.
- Exceptional attention to detail in maintaining documentation, procedures, organized repositories, and audit readiness.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experienced in coordinating meetings, updates, and facilitating team interactions.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective time management to juggle multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Exhibit adaptability, structured approaches to work, an eagerness for continuous learning, and dedication to high-quality delivery.
