Role and Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution activities effectively.
- Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and overall progress.
- Develop MIS reports, create dashboards, and maintain essential project documentation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Detect project risks proactively and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in project management or PMO roles.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution processes.
- Skilled in MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Exhibit excellent communication capabilities and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
