Role Overview

The position involves leading and managing electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure projects from inception through to commissioning and handover. The project manager will oversee coordination among internal teams, external collaborators, and customers to ensure timely, on-budget delivery within defined project scopes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EV charging infrastructure projects throughout all phases: kickoff, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and allocation of resources.
• Serve as principal liaison for sales teams, delivery personnel, and installation partners.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and permits.
• Identify and manage project risks, resolve issues, and handle change requests during the project lifecycle.
• Supervise site preparation, installation processes, testing, and final commissioning.
• Compile comprehensive project documents, status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of project management processes and delivery quality.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years’ experience managing projects, preferably related to EV charging, energy, construction, or infrastructure.
• In-depth familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools.
• Experience coordinating with external suppliers, installers, and service providers.
• Solid understanding of electrical infrastructure components and construction site logistics.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Proficiency in German and English languages.
• Flexibility to travel to project locations as necessary.
