Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience, including managing tower projects exceeding 30 floors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading extensive projects and handling complex execution challenges.
- Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and variance tracking.
- Experienced in quality assurance and control to maintain compliance with technical specifications.
- Skilled in risk management and escalation protocols.
- Strong leadership abilities for coordinating with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, owners, and governmental authorities.
- Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and site risk management practices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the project lifecycle from initial preparation through to final handover, ensuring scope delivery aligns with time, cost, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the onsite execution and coordinate daily to weekly activities among all project stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and monitor execution plans; provide frequent progress updates to owners and consultants.
- Ensure that all works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and technical directives.
- Supervise contractors and vendors to guarantee compliance with the project schedule and standards.
- Evaluate and approve stages of the project, address technical queries, resolve issues, and note observations.
