Role Summary

We are recruiting a Project Manager for a client, offering a part-time remote position. This role involves overseeing client projects end-to-end, guaranteeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, while coordinating effectively across multiple teams.

Primary Duties

Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule compliance.
Liaise with internal staff and external partners to collect requirements and align on project goals.
Track project status with periodic updates, evaluate risks, and implement mitigation plans.
Compile and deliver comprehensive reports to clients and leadership.
Maintain adherence to company policies and industry standards throughout all phases.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or relevant discipline.
At least 3 years' experience managing projects, ideally within tech or consulting industries.
Competent user of project management software including Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Strong communication and organizational capabilities, balancing multiple concurrent priorities.
Experience collaborating with remote teams across various time zones.
