Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master with over eight years in Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will specialize in Scrum Master and Project Manager roles, successfully managing the end-to-end delivery of business-to-consumer digital applications across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Oversee Agile project management with a strong focus on Scrum methodologies.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release scheduling to ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate effectively with multiple cross-functional teams, maintaining excellent stakeholder communication.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to sustain project momentum.
Qualifications and Tools
- Minimum eight years of professional experience in Agile project roles.
- Demonstrable track record leading B2C digital projects spanning web and mobile environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Preferred certifications include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence is highly desirable.
