Role Overview

As a Qlik Developer at Alphacom Systems And Solutions, you will design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports leveraging Tableau and Qlik platforms (QlikView/Qlik Sense) that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update interactive dashboards and reporting tools via Tableau and Qlik to support business analytics needs.
• Work closely with business teams to understand their requirements and convert them into actionable visual data representations.
• Enhance data models ensuring efficient processing and swift performance for large datasets.
• Aggregate and integrate data from diverse sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and APIs into BI applications.
• Perform thorough data validation and resolve any discrepancies ensuring the accuracy and dependability of reports.
• Implement automation for reporting workflows and develop reusable templates to increase scalability.
• Deliver trainings and provide ongoing support to end-users to facilitate dashboard navigation and promote self-service analytics.
• Keep abreast with evolving BI best practices and actively participate in improving reporting methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in the Pharma or Healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong command over SQL and proficiency in QlikView/Qlik Sense.
• Competency in additional visualization tools regarded as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
