Receptionist

Role Overview

The Receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors at the property. This role involves providing a warm and professional welcome, efficiently managing front desk duties, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience aligned with the brand's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests with professionalism
• Accurately conduct check-in and check-out procedures
• Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operational teams to maximize guest satisfaction
• Address guest requests, complaints, and concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
• Maintain precise guest records and reservation information using the Property Management System (PMS)
• Securely handle payments, invoices, and cash or card transactions
• Keep the reception area tidy, organized and visually appealing at all times
• Adhere strictly to company policies, standard operating procedures, and UAE hospitality regulations
• Provide support for administrative duties related to front office operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Agent in the hospitality sector, preferably in hotels or serviced apartments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous
• Familiarity with hotel PMS software is preferred
• Professional appearance combined with a strong customer service orientation
• Capable of multitasking and performing well under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Residency in the UAE or willingness to relocate to the UAE
