Role Overview

We seek a proactive and skilled Recruiter based in South Africa to become part of our global HR team. Reporting to the VP of HR in Israel, this fully remote position is dedicated to managing the end-to-end recruitment process across international markets such as Europe, South Africa, and the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and successful closure.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines worldwide using advanced sourcing methods, Boolean search techniques, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to provide data insights, recruitment status updates, market intelligence, and strategic advice, accelerating the hiring process while prioritizing the candidate experience.
• Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment data to track trends and enhance sourcing effectiveness continuously.

Candidate Profile

• Resides in South Africa with availability to work remotely.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as an internal or agency recruiter in international organizations.
• Demonstrated capability in recruiting across multiple global regions including the US, Europe, and South Africa.
• Exceptional English language skills, both spoken and written, at native or near-native proficiency.
• Expertise in active candidate sourcing, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and AI-driven sourcing technologies.
• Adaptability to work with teams across different time zones such as Israel, Europe, and the US.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, self-drive, and the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related discipline.
