Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Develop and sustain effective working relationships with branch employees to support insurance sales.

• Handle documentation accurately and follow all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Run regular product training and joint customer interactions with bank staff to improve awareness of insurance offerings.
• Support customers after the sale and help maintain a high standard of service.
• Prepare and circulate daily and weekly management information reports for the reporting manager.

Requirements

• A graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in bancassurance, insurance, banking, or financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management abilities.
• Comfort with target-based work and a self-driven approach.
• Working knowledge of financial products.
