About the Company
This role is with an insurance web aggregator based in East India that is expanding its team in Salt Lake, Kolkata. The organization is seeking energetic and motivated people who want to grow their careers in sales and insurance.
Role Overview
The company is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Salt Lake office in Kolkata. Both freshers and candidates with prior sales experience, especially in insurance, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Track, review, and drive sales goals for the team.
- Build sales approaches, share feedback, and support marketing planning.
- Help the team stay on course to achieve sales targets.
- Stay informed about changes and trends in the sales and insurance market.
- Respond to customer questions while customers are being transferred.
- Handle and settle customer disputes in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance is preferred.
- Comfort with selling and developing customer relationships.
- Good knowledge of insurance policies and products, including general, health, and life insurance.
- Ability to guide and support team members.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
