Remote Sales Representative

Role Overview

Credit Clerk is seeking motivated sales professionals in Jamaica to join its expanding remote closing team. This position is designed for high-energy people who can handle inbound conversations, guide prospects through service options, and convert interest into sales while working entirely from home.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage around 20 to 30 inbound calls each day and lead prospects toward a purchase decision.
• Explain the company’s solutions in a clear, consultative way and help clients understand how the services can support their financial goals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including closing at least 3 sales per day.
• Work closely with a sales coach and remote team to improve performance and stay accountable to goals.

What You Need

• Prior experience in call centers, BPO environments, or commission-based sales roles.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• A laptop or PC with at least 8 GB RAM, a headset with microphone, and a dependable high-speed wired internet connection.
• A self-driven, disciplined, and energetic approach to work.
• Confidence in closing deals and handling sales conversations.

Compensation and Growth

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with top performers reportedly earning USD 3,000 to USD 5,000 or more per month.
